Product, Testing & Compliance Documentation

Documentation availability depends on the selected matcha, production partner, batch, test scope and destination market. We help B2B buyers identify which supporting documents are relevant before samples, quotation or commercial supply.

Documentation Principle

One Report Does Not Cover Every Matcha We Supply

Matcha Origin Co. works with different production and supply partners. Certifications, COAs and analytical reports must be matched to the relevant operator, product, batch or tested sample before they are used for a commercial project.

01
Applicability is confirmed before we share or reference documentation.

A certificate held by one operator does not automatically apply to unrelated products or production partners, and a test report for one sample does not automatically represent future batches.

Organic Certification for Selected Supply

Current documentation includes an organic operator/exporter certificate held by Organic Matcha Co., Ltd. The certificate scope includes matcha and green tea powder.

The certificate applies to supply through the certified operator shown on the document. It should not be interpreted as certification of every Matcha Origin Co. product or every production partner.

  • Operator and exporter certification
  • Matcha and green tea powder included in the certified product directory
  • Current certificate validity shown through 31 January 2027

Third-Party Testing

Independent Testing May Be Available for Selected Samples

For certain projects, selected samples have undergone independent analytical testing, including pesticide-residue or microbiological scopes. We review the tested sample, test date, report scope and destination-market relevance before sharing information with a buyer.

Why the full reports are not published here

Some third-party laboratory reports include restrictions on public, promotional or marketing use. Where applicable, Matcha Origin Co. does not publish those reports as general website marketing material. Documentation is reviewed and shared with qualified buyers according to the applicable report terms and project needs.

Understand the Scope

What Does a Document Actually Cover?

Four questions should be answered before relying on any certificate or analytical report.

Operator

Which company holds the certificate or commissioned the testing?

Product / Sample

Which specific matcha or submitted sample is actually covered?

Batch

Does the document relate to a defined production batch or manufacture date?

Test Scope

Which parameters were actually included in the analysis or certification scope?
