From Matcha Processing to Commercial Packing

Commercial matcha sourcing requires more than a generic “factory process” claim. We separate the common tea-to-powder route from the production, batch and packing details that must be confirmed for the selected product.

COMMON MATCHA ROUTE

A Typical Leaf-to-Powder Sequence

Supplied production materials show four core stages commonly used to explain matcha production. The exact agricultural and processing specification remains product-specific.

Shade

Tea plants may be covered before harvest according to the selected production program.

Pick

Fresh tea leaves are harvested for the intended tea-processing route.

Steam & Dry

Leaves are stabilized and dried into a tencha-style intermediate before milling where applicable.

04

Mill

Fine milling may use ball-mill or stone-mill equipment depending on the selected product and process.

A production video can show capability and handling conditions, but it does not replace product-specific confirmation. For a commercial order, we connect the selected matcha to its producer, batch, packing route and available documentation.
