Private Label MOQ Depends on the Part of the Project
Bulk powder, filling, standard packaging and custom printed packaging do not share one universal MOQ. The final requirement depends on the chosen production route.
MOQ STRUCTURE
Three Different Commercial Minimums
| Bulk Matcha Powder | From 20 kg. This is the current commercial bulk supply starting point. Final minimum can depend on selected matcha and project. |

| Standard Packaging / Filling | Commonly around 2,000–3,000 units for partner-factory filling projects, depending on packaging type and fill weight. Confirm before quotation. |
| Custom Printed Pouches | Generally around 20,000 printed pieces. This is a packaging-print requirement, not necessarily the same as the matcha powder MOQ. |
A printed-packaging order may be separate from the quantity filled in one production run. Whether unused packaging can be stored and used in later runs must be confirmed for the project.
LEAD TIME
Lead Time Is Quoted After the Production Route Is Confirmed
We do not publish one fixed lead time because the timeline changes with sample approval, packaging stock, artwork, print production, filling quantity and shipment method.
Matcha availabilitySelected product and required volume must be confirmed.
Packaging stockStandard packaging can differ from a new custom-print production run.
Artwork approvalProduction should not start before final packaging information is approved.
