From Matcha Processing to Commercial Packing
Commercial matcha sourcing requires more than a generic “factory process” claim. We separate the common tea-to-powder route from the production, batch and packing details that must be confirmed for the selected product.
A Typical Leaf-to-Powder Sequence
Supplied production materials show four core stages commonly used to explain matcha production. The exact agricultural and processing specification remains product-specific.
Shade
Tea plants may be covered before harvest according to the selected production program.
Pick
Fresh tea leaves are harvested for the intended tea-processing route.
Steam & Dry
Leaves are stabilized and dried into a tencha-style intermediate before milling where applicable.
Mill
Fine milling may use ball-mill or stone-mill equipment depending on the selected product and process.
What the Supplied Workshop Videos Show
These clips are used as production evidence, not as proof of Matcha Origin Co. factory ownership. They show equipment, operating environment, filling and finished-product handling from partner-provided production materials.
Commercial Processing Equipment
Partner-provided production footage showing commercial processing equipment in a clean production area.
Production footage supplied for sourcing transparency. Facility ownership is not attributed to Matcha Origin Co.Controlled Operating Environment
Partner-provided footage showing a clean production corridor and controlled operating environment.
Shown as production-partner material; exact facility and product applicability are confirmed by project.Weighing & Filling
Partner-provided footage showing matcha being weighed and filled during packing operations.
Packing route and pack size are confirmed for the selected product and commercial order.Finished-Product Handling
Partner-provided footage showing staff handling packed product in a controlled work area.
Final packing, labels, cartons and shipment preparation are confirmed according to the project.Production Information Should Match the Selected Matcha
A production video can show capability and handling conditions, but it does not replace product-specific confirmation. For a commercial order, we connect the selected matcha to its producer, batch, packing route and available documentation.
Ask About the Matcha You Are Evaluating
Tell us the application, target market and selected sample. We can confirm the relevant production, packing and documentation information for that project.
Cultivation and processing are easier to evaluate with an understanding of matcha growing regions.
